What types of events do you specialize in?
With over 20 years of experience in planning events we specialize in events customized just for businesses and non-profits. We have found that too many events follow the same outline and so at On Prem we seek to bring a different perspective to make each event unique, interactive, and most of all meeting the needs of each client.

Do you offer customizable event packages?
Yes! We don't want your event to feel like one that you have attended before. We will meet with each client to understand their specific needs and then customize the ideal event plan for exactly what you are trying to achieve.
What is your approach to managing vendors and
suppliers?
Leave everything to us! We find that having one point of contact (us!) for each vendor and supplier will make everything easier on the day of the event. No second guessing who is responsible for what and it will help us coordinate everything so you can enjoy your event.
We have found that any interference from clients just leads to confusion and sometimes higher pricing by vendors. We usually have built a relationship with vendors and suppliers that will make things easier on the day of the event too!
How involved can I be in the event planning process?
It will depend! Once we come up with your unique event plan we will lay out everything we need from you. We set expectations at the beginning so that we can plan meetings and make sure your involvement and availability is set as needed to execute a smooth event.
If you have a specific request to be involved in a certain part, please let us know during our first meeting and we can discuss further.
Can you assist with venue selection and contract
negotiations?
Yes! In fact we prefer to do this. From the size of the event to the event atmosphere, after our first meeting we will have an idea of the exact experience you are wanting. We will either already know of the perfect location or find one that will be perfect! Depending on day, time and type of event we will negotiate the best rate for you!

How do you ensure event coordination and smooth
execution on the day?
We have years of experience ensuring smooth event execution. We will coordinate with vendors and location, checking in that everything is on schedule for the day of the event and then our team will be onsite the day of the ensure a flawless event so that you can enjoy and leave everything to us.
